I started WtB Coaching to help people who are working out 4-7x/week and eating low calorie for months (or years), who are trying to lose the last 10-20lbs and build lean/toned muscle.
After losing 65 pounds in 2019, I ran into:
A repeating cycle of weight loss & weight gain
An eating disorder that took years to overcome
Years of working out 6+ times per week, dieting, and eating low calorie consistently without seeing progress
A toxic relationship with fitness
Poor gut health, hormonal health, poor sleep, hair loss, muscle loss, fatigue, irritability...you name it
I’ve been in frustrating situations - physically and mentally - where I thought I was doing everything right.
I was lifting, doing cardio, eating low calorie, and I had no idea why I couldn’t see fat loss & muscle growth…
Once I finally learned that it wasn't my body that was broken but it was my STRATEGY, everything changed for me.
