My Story

After losing 65 pounds in 2019, I ran into:

A repeating cycle of weight loss & weight gain

An eating disorder that took years to overcome

Years of working out 6+ times per week, dieting, and eating low calorie consistently without seeing progress

A toxic relationship with fitness

Poor gut health, hormonal health, poor sleep, hair loss, muscle loss, fatigue, irritability...you name it

I’ve been in frustrating situations - physically and mentally - where I thought I was doing everything right.

I was lifting, doing cardio, eating low calorie, and I had no idea why I couldn’t see fat loss & muscle growth…

Once I finally learned that it wasn't my body that was broken but it was my STRATEGY, everything changed for me.

My life changed so much that I left my engineering career behind to help others overcome the same obstacles I faced.

We don’t use generalized workouts - everything is customized to YOUR goals and preferences

We don’t prescribe meal plans - we meet you where you’re at, and we get you focusing on the nutritional targets that will best set you up for your goals

No starvation diets.

No cardio required besides walking (unless you want to)
